You cant claim its empty, would you really sign for a box which weighs hardly anything?

Im sure they use a courier to deliver it, you should be able to designate a safe place if your not home. Have them leave it there, they will take a photo though, claim its not there now.

Technically they dont have to reship but its Amazon and their own terms  mean they will.

what if I order some games and accessories along with it and claim these arrived but the console didnt and someone else signed so they wouldnt have noticed somethings missing...or would this not work due to the weight?
