(I couldn’t find a carrier who would transport leaking batteries, only a courier). Would it be possible to say that on discovery of the battery that had leaked everywhere I disposed of the package?
Yes.
USPS and UPS do not accept leaking batteries among other items such as toxins and weapons
If you tell the company that the battery is leaking, you will not be able to send it to them. However, they might ask for photographic evidence. If that is the case, corrupt the images
In doing my research I discovered that Toll, which Amazon uses to deliver some of its packages in Australia, and has delivered to me in the past, apparently is able to transport dangerous goods according to https://www.tollgroup.com/freight/moving...rous-goods . Would it be best to use the 'box was empty' method? Or, otherwise, I have considered leaving a note outside my front door saying to leave the package in a specific place rather than knocking - allowing me to prevent anyone from signing for it after which I can say that the item was never delivered. What would you guys do?
Oh Welp
Uh, say that the product has blood.
I don't think Toll sends that
It is considered as a bio hazard
