Discord Is our primary gateway of communication and given chat logs are kept, It serves It's purpose In potential scam claims. In fact, I've resolved  many In the Scam Reports forum using such logs as supported evidence.

Check with @Oni on that. My understanding is we cant ban for scams with discord evidence. Too easy to fake.

I see your point with Discord, and agree decisions cannot be solely based via that gateway.

To establish It's authenticity, I cross-check logs (chat, timing of events, context of messages, timestamps etc) from Discord against those taken place on this board, thereby Identify consistencies (If any) between both. If It's conclusive with each, a decision Is made thereafter. If not, the claim Is either rejected or further Information Is requested.
