Yes that is true. I've noticed that if I were to drop a package -for boxing a company- on a friday night, I am more likely to be able to send it. If you were to send the package on a monday, you'd be more likely to get rejected by the shipping service.

On a similar principle pertaining to Fridays, It's good practice to SE "over the phone" on that day as opposed to Mondays- particularly towards the close of business. Representatives are exhausted from the working week and counting the minutes (so to speak) until the day ends. They're not as alert and concentration levels have decreased. On these grounds, the likely hood of a successful SE Is more so than not.
