To answer OP's question, I recommend calling the company 3 times a day for a week.
At the middle of the week, if the company still hasn't given the gift , create a "he said, se said " situation
"Sir, but the other rep told me that if I were to call again, my problem would be resolved"
"But mam, I've been trying to get my gift certificate for weeks now. The other representative told me yesterday that my problem would be resolved by now"
Haven't done it for a month or two, so I don't know if it's been patched or not. Anyways, this probably will work. Just keep bugging them on the issue

ok so i have to insiste .i have already edit a picture of gift ca... that i found on google it seems like it s scratched and i think they won't notice it.but can you tell me what they can do if i fuck up

you cant find it on google (as it will most likely been used so will be invalid) has to be from a selling site and at worst they will deny you the gift card credit
