I mean if you wanted to make the process go by quicker, I guess you could start with the get go of calling them?  But by email, they'll have the place call you, but it takes them about 2/3 days, at least that's how long they took for me.

It is, but I wasn't really much in a call mood, plus i was really sick, my voice was sore and it hurt.

That sickness can be used as a leverage/advantage but, it does come down to the mood.
