I don't understand why they're failing to detect.

Was the device detected at any point prior to the Issue?

It was able to detect before the FRP lock

Although It should be PnP, download the phone's USB device driver for Windows.

See If It detects It thereafter.

I downloaded the Samsung Device Driver for the Note 5 and it still didn't detect it :/
