I don't know how anti-exploitation works but it would definitely help in knowing how effective it is. AFAIK Windows Defender also has this feature doesn't it?

You're correct with Windows Defender. The "Exploit Protection" feature Is located In the Windows Defender Security Center.

Sorry! Unfortunately I don't do much with exploitation but I will be on it soon. Perhaps it'll give me an insight into how anti-exploitation methods work. Maybe I'll look under Defender's hood afterwards.
