Seriously though I don't usually eat breakfast even though I really should. Normally I eat yogurt and some granola. That and cereal. Every once in a while I eat eggs with bacon but because I take so much choline in the form of supplements, I tend to skip eggs.
I eat breakfast everyday, without it, I wont go out home.
