Just some constructive advice, It's best to outline a few conditions In this thread, thereby releasing any responsibility that may potentially be Inflicted upon you as a result of an unsuccessful (SE) outcome.

I've been SEing for over a decade, and the ramifications from those who don't comply with what they're given by the tutor, can be quite unpleasant. Ultimately, It's your decision.

What else should I add to the TOS?

There's heaps, but to name a few:

* By accepting this (your preferred term), you agree with the following terms and conditions:

* All material Is strictly for educational purposes only.
* I am not liable for how you handle, use and distribute all content.
* Any subsequent charges, penalties and the like Incurred as a result of your actions, Is solely your responsibility.
* I have the right to alter this agreement at any point.
