So choosing the proper VPN can be tricky. You need to understand a few things.

Who is running the VPN?
Do they log?
What are the country laws about information gathering (can the gov't ask for your info)
Is there a strong backing for privacy?
Can the company physically protect your info?

But thats a lot of Google Fu...
