Yes, you can open as many accounts as you want, but if you get banned they will ban all connected to your name and CC accounts.
Send them just  the box and the instruction booklet if you don't get refund.

Can't they look at accounts related to me that haven't been banned but i have received a refund on? If, for example, i order a few low value items and then get a higher value item refunded, could they find accounts linked to me and see that i have had a refund on a different account?
