I'm comparing it to Amazon, that why i think its difficult and take too much time.
3 days I simply spoke with supp via email.

I'm Interested to read, or have some Idea, of the context of the emails- back and forth for 3 days. I'd assume a lot was said over that period.

Without knowing the exchange of emails and what was said, It's difficult to advise how to refine It, thus speed up the process.
