So I've checked your VPN and it's 6$/month which is OK i guess but I don't have any clue on how to use it so do you know if it's difficult to setup the first time?

Your other concerns seem to have been answered, so I'll only address the VPN.

It's extremely simple to use.  In terms of NordVPN, the Installation process literally takes a couple of minutes and a reboot Is not required. Then simply select your preferred server and hit the connect button as per the Image below.

No.

You can select any server you like. The above screenshot Is my VPN, and the server's location Is not relative to where I reside.
