Since i'm a beginner I want to improve my knowledge about it, but it seems to be an ocean of information haha my brain is burning right now specially since my first SE with Logitech which is still "pending" btw...

I want to try Amazon for a gaming mouse actually or a headset, less than 100$ but I don't know what should I do.
Order the mouse and a low price item, tell them that I only received the low value item (but how do you managed to keep it sealed?)
Just say it never arrived but that's too greedy I guess

What do you mean "keep it sealed"?
You don't have to do anything, just say that you opened the box, and you only found one of the item you ordered, after that they will be sorry for the inconvienence and just send you back another mouse.
Make sure the products you buy come in the same parcel (both in the same box), otherwise you would have to say you got an empty box, less believeable since the package would be remembered as heavier than you describe it.
