- Did you use a random Amazon account? Did you pay with your PP or own CC?
- Did you use your own delivery address?
- You contacted them by phone? You used a spoof thing?

Well don't take in consideration my case, it was just a test i did to see if it was actually that easy to do, and with that item in fact it was.
There are other ways of doing it, in which you don't have to order anything else, or you can do it by ordering another low value item with the one you want to refund.
Start with something not too valuable as already stated, expecially on a new account, the first time they won't say a thing, just make it believeable.
The payment isn't important, it only is in the case you want a full refund, if you paid with funds in amazon gift c.ard, they can't transfer those funds back to your paypal or any other payment option, only amazon gift c.ard balance. Beware of that. The delivery address is a problem mostly when you SE a lot, in that case you need to change it to be less suspicious. I used the live chat option, fast and simple, you can also phone them tho, your choice.
