I tried to get a refund a xbox x but they kept transferring me to a specialist. After 5th try I was like fuck it and went to specialist obviously they did an investigation and after 3 days they told me to get a police report. Anyway around this? I haven't se in 2 years they drastically increased security. I did the did not receive method.
