This might still work but it won't do much. First of all it's not a distributed attack. Computers nowadays can't Dos a site on their own usually.
Also, this script is a glorified ("ping -t -l 65000" in cmd.exe). This basically sends a lot of packages to the server but chances that it'll crash is very small.
