Stating the obvious/common sense, either use separate VMs, or use just the one by Installing one VPN, uninstall It, and try the next.

I assumed you meant using a VPN through the VM. I've been doing that for a decade.

All good. That's why I said try these "on" a VM, and not "with" a VM.
