Ok I got an email back saying to troubleshoot and if not to send them a copy of my receipt, current address and number along with the serial number off the bottom of the speaker. Do I have to give them a receipt from amazon? And also how would I know if a serial number is new or used? I just got the message today, if you have any advice on my next move that’d be great!
