Hello
I'm very sorry to hear that your Fugoo speaker isn't working correctly. Please allow us to replace it for you, as long as you are within your 1 year warranty period.
If you ordered it from our website, please let me know the order number or your name and don't complete the below information request.
If you purchased your speaker from another retailer and are still within their return/exchange period, you may be able to return it to them, and then purchase a replacement. This would be the quickest and easiest way to have your speaker replaced. The replacement speaker won't have this problem.
Otherwise, please paste the form below into your reply to me, and then fill it out there. Once we receive this form back from you, we'll send complete instructions for returning your speaker to us, along with a prepaid shipping label.
o First and last name of purchaser:
o Your first and last name:
o Name of retailer:
o Order number (If Bought on Fugoo.com):
o Model name of speaker (Style, Sport, Tough, Style XL, Sport XL, Tough XL, Style-S, Fugoo GO [Color]):
o Serial number, if available (on bottom of box):
o Date of purchase:
o Your shipping address: (This must be a street address, rather than a P.O. box, or APO/FPO address.)
o Your phone number:
The replacement process takes two to three weeks for customers within the U.S. and somewhat longer for customers outside the U.S.
What now after I fill in the form? Sorry if this is too much I’m still new to this stuff
You have to fill in the form. After that they will probably send you a return label. What you can do is box it and maybe they will send a nee one. You can always give it a try to fill in the form and wait what their reply will be.
I just filled in the form let’s see what they say next...
I DID to they are going to ask you to send back the defective one.
