We are actually just going to ship a replacement speaker over to you without having you send yours in.

Please do not throw away any of your accessories, chargers, or cables as we are ONLY replacing the Core of the speaker. You will need all of that for your replacement.

I have put in the request and I'm now just waiting for shipment. I will email you with tracking once it ships!
