Thanks for replies,,,
Back to my screenshots. FYI, they're both have tracking numbers.FBA always provides tracking numbers when they ship. If tracking weren't provided, there wouldn't be an issue.
I did try to contact manufacturer at some point, they said "Since it was FBA, i shoud contact AZ or The carrier directly."
Yes.
If they open an investigation. It's pretty much a fail. Theyr'not really doing anything but hope that you will back off. When you come back after 72 hrs, They'll pull off the typical police report. Then, unless you wanna f**k with police report, it's a fail.
I've annualized all my attempts (both failed an successful, and came to the conclusion, that it's completely luck based lately. Sometimes you get lucky, and they will do it right away. Sometimes You're just s**t outta luck..
If anyone has any other tips/suggestions. I'll be happy to hear them

I really didn't feel like posting in forums about this s***t, but at this point I'm really fed up. Hopefully some refund gods will clarify a few thinks for me.
Anyway, I've been refunding random cheap crap for years now. (50$-300$ ) Fresh accounts, order something, wait a few days, not received/empty box blah blah blah... refund 100%.
But recently ( I'd say starting this year) even refunding small S**t become a problem. And it's random too. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't.
Like for example, today I refunded a 60$ video game without a problem from one account. On another account I couldn't. Same method, but different results.
You go to chat, say item is not received, then instantly they transfer you to somebody else (like concern department or whatever) which says that they need to open an investigation (yes even for cheap items) and wait 72 hrs. After 72 hrs they say I need to open a police report. And it goes down hill from there. It's like WTF! One time i can easily refund 200$ next day I can't even do 50$ What xactly can be the problem here?! Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
Again like i said, this problem started in 2018. So i guess they possible tighten their policies a bit? Idk..
So let me get this straight, you're "pissed off" because you keep getting caught trying to steal from people?
Yes.
Quote:Did Amazon conclude that they will not replace/refund the Item? No, of course not hence your request Is still In transit
