I have checked your order number in the system and its unfortunetly returning no results, please see attached screenshot, do you have the confirmation email from the purchase? if we have no proof of purchase and no evidence of a fault we cannot just send you a PROMiXX.

I showed my POP and they asked me to fill out a warranty form, that's all, and they'd send me a replacement.

I'll update you on how the rest goes.
