Went back to them and told them that I had been told by Amazon that I needed to go through the manufacturer. Spoke to them on the phone the rep said that my PoP was not enough and they needed the VAT invoice from the Amazon order. I can fake that no problem, question is should I? I have attempted this SE using both my real name and address as its my first attempt at Jaybirds. Are they likely to check the invoice number with Amazon? Not sure if i should abandon this one and go for a PoP from a non Amazon store. Thoughts?
