They were simply explaining that when new alts like this are generated, the creaters farm investors. There have been several new coins announce release and hype the shit out of a "new faster and better coin" to have the public buy in at substancial rates, thus causing a massive rise in price where the initial creators and investors dump the majority holding of the coin, causing a massive price drop. The originals make bank while everyone else loses thier asses.
