First post, so go gently!

I've fallen foul to various SE Refunding services on The Dark Web leaving me £££ out of pocket. But I'm looking at educating myself to better understand SE'ing.

I'm looking at Amazon UK refunding on a £450 item, from an account which is 1 1/2 years old with no refunds but plenty of purchases. Is this doable on Amazon UK and is there any recommended tutorials?
