I have used the never arrived method quite a few times, it's the easiest and most likely to work method up to a certain amount although if you act like me and keep dropping it after so long they will just drop the "We need to investigate this" so use it wisely.

I believe the battery acid method may work if it's one of the higher priced items if done correctly I.E kid tasted battery acid, he/she is in hospital due to this, in a rage I threw the whole package into the bin to prevent any further harm and I'm not happy with the service I've received especially due to the amount I've spent etc.
