[Mister]

Looking for advice on getting a refund from Amazon uk on a ps4 I had delivered yesterday, the ps4 was sent through Royal Mail tacked but no signature was required, I took the parcel off the post women. My account has been updated as delivered.

What would be the best method on using to get a refund without the risk of a police report? My account is over 10 years old with no claims against it and used pretty regularly.

thanks in advanced.
