In regards to cracked accounts, to avoid getting an account locked, lessen the chance of it, or even to bypass a lock I recommend doing the following:

• Find the location of the account beforehand and find a VPN near such location.
  
• Before you order anything, sit still for a few days and simply browse. This will build up a history in your browser and lessen the chance of you getting it locked.
  
• Go to the Account Info and gather as much information regarding it as you can, take a screenshot or write down Names, Addresses, Last Four Digits of Payment Methods, etc.
  
• Bomb the email address of the owner when doing anything that could alert them of a change.
  
• Use a separate browser and don't full screen it, make it large if you want but don't full screen.
  
• If possible, do use a private RDP.

Considering that you're just using this to build up a history you don't need godly specs.
Just look up "Cheap VPS Servers".

I used https://cracking.host/ for a bit and he was great with support and the server was great.
