It's called abuse and neglect and also not something a technology forum is equipped to help you resolve.

I know it's not equipped to help me resolve, but the fact neither of us are 18 yet and I live 8 hours away from her kinda kills me resolving it by us moving.
But it would be classified as abuse and neglect? I've told her to alert authorities since I said it would be the same.
