Only thing to do at this point is tell him that Amazon told you to contact them (Logitech) Other than that, i've heard if you want to SE Logitech that you need to get a hold of a Serial Number for the product you want to SE.

The controller you're trying to SE: Is it being sold or shipped by Amazon?
