I haven't tried an SE on Steam but you could probably buy one (I know you say you have no money), then get two Steam accounts. Activate card on second account. Then gift funds to other account. Then gift product to your account. Then claim you bought the card and it said it was already activated. More than likely they won't look deeply through and see you tunneled stuff back to your account. Although, they might, screwing you over and getting all three accounts banned.

Again, it may not work at all.
