If you plan to continue doing business with the person/company, I would send them their btc/product. If it cost enough for them to mess with (small claims) courts than I'd send the product back. If this was a one time deal and nothing too valuable, fuck em.

My goal was to SE them in the first place (one time thing). However it just worked out that they sent it out without any work. It was roughly $112 USD. Do you think I should worry with it?

If your plan was to SE them, why the thread? Not trying to be a dick, but your plan worked and now you're worried? Once you receive your item I would just block communications with them and don't look back.
