RE: Australian ISPs To Block TPB & Other Torrent Sites 12-16-2016, 05:51 AM

I've enjoyed reading each and every comment.
What's absurd, Is the fact that the court's ruling was for 'ISPs" to block access to The Pirate Bay. What about Google and other search engines? They're providing the gateway to The Pirate Bay, but there's no mention of taking action (litigation or otherwise) against Google. I'm a firm believer that If a service Is put online for the entire globe to access, there should not be restrictions to that service via third-party entities, In this case being ISPs.
Evidently, the copyright holders have repeatedly failed to take down The Pirate Bay, so now they've targeted the weaker point of access being ISPs.
