I like the whole idea and how well the wings are made with the pen tool, but Inton has already listed most of what I'll say so I'll just go ahead and say my constructive criticism.
The background isn't really fitting the logo/scene, perhaps you should either use a clean black background or try another background that fits. I also don't think the mirror/reflection effect fits the logo/scene at all, it looks like you have knowledge in using the software tools yet you lack "combining" them together.
I'd say too that duplicating the wings and doing a spin/rotation with nothing else makes it look bad in general at least from my view, that's all.
Other than that, I like the overall idea of the logo with wings and a spotlight on it.
