There is another one I would like to add.

If you buy multiple small things (Like small items so they fit in the same box, i.e a keyboard, mouse, headset etc.), when you receive the package, open it and then go to live chat and then say you got the package but i.e the headset isn't in there, but you got the other stuff. They will send you the headset right away.

Trust me, I've done this with a Corsair K95 RGB keyboard. I received it in a package with a headset, mouse, mousepad, headset tags (Astro A40 TR, mhm..) and keyboard. I contacted live chat and said I the keyboard is not in the package. Then they asked for my order number and replaced it right away.

I have also done this with the Astro A40 TR headset tags.

Great info, thanks man, one question though, do you mean like if you order a package with multiple items in 1 package or seperate items you just ordered at the same time?
