Some people just don't function in structured environments that school provides, and some people will never be able to. Intelligence comes in many forms, so don't degrade yourself just because of how you do in school. In fact, your performance in school (be it university or otherwise) just measures your work ethics, nothing I can think of you do in school measures intellectual capacity - just had to get that off my chest!
Anyways... You could always attempt doing some brain-enhancing drugs like amphetamines.
