I disagree honestly, never arrived is the best method. Package theft happens and Amazon can't discriminate between a $50 item being lost and a $500 one.

Both methods will require the approval of a supervisor if it's a somewhat high order, and both work for average orders, but the never arrived puts highly more risk to your Amazon account and will more likely get you into an investigation even if it's a low order, yet should be used on +$500 orders nonetheless.

you cant do refund if FEDEX deliver it to you. they will come to your house and investigate lol.. so if you purchased a product and fedex will deliver it. try to cancel and get another shipping method xD
