Pretty sure this e-book has been leaked several times, probably no longer works. Could get you in some legal trouble if you're not careful; proceed with caution when attempting this method. Doing it numerous times or people often saying/doing the same thing, or acting the same way can trigger the company being SE'd, making them more cautious of who they validate and forward a refund or replacement to.

I do not know the penaltys but be careful anyways by double checking what the reps tell you and think very well what to say !
