I've never done them but i remember hearing about a guy named Randall who would straight up accuse you of trying to scam them etc.

actually still fighting this because they closed it so im just being a bitchy ass customer so i look legit.said i tossed the receipt with tracking on it the night i was told id get my code and trash comes that following morning so it was long gone. then they closed that as well and i opened another today and they accepted it so i said i dont have anything to return still and this issue isnt difficult to resolve. i understand there are frauds in this world but there are still real customers who need real support. i just want what i have paid for. and sent that and waiting on a response. guys name was Russ B. thats the only rep anybody has gotten as far as i know (recently)
