How to SE NEXTBIT Robin Phone! [Advanced] #1
I thought of keeping this one myself or selling it but fuck it what's the point in the end we all going to die anyways. Basically I labelled this as advanced because it involves boxing method (most phone SE's do). Nextbit Robin is a nice ass phone and getting it for free even makes it better. Also, Nextbit probably has the best support I have ever seen as they reply quick and even send out the replacement within 2-3 days (at-least in US & Canada). Another thing, this method doesn't involve calling and can be done through chat and email. Well let's get started right away!

Steps:
1) So basically head over to their support page: https://help.nextbit.com/hc/en-us and look for their Chat service at the bottom of the screen. It should pop up. If it's unavailable, you can just wait till their business hours or call them.
2) Now you will be connected to the rep. Introduce yourself. I recommend using proper English and being nice to to rep when speaking with them. Now tell them a reason why they should replace your phone. For example, I told them that my phone wasn't turning on even I left it charging overnight. Then they will ask some questions and then troubleshoot. Like they will ask you to hold the power and volume down button for 30 seconds to restart the phone and ask if you have tried using different USB cables to charge it, etc. Follow along with the troubleshoot and decline everything of course and say phone still not turning on.
3) Okay here comes the hard part. The rep will ask you when and where you purchased your phone. I said it was a gift from my friend who lived in the US and that it's a fairly new device because I received a month and half ago (make sure to check the release date of the phone and then decide this).
4) Now they asked me the name of my friend who purchased the phone and I just faked a name. They might say nobody from their site with that name bought the phone and will ask you to confirm just make up excuse that I have lost touch with that friend so don't even know his/her number anymore.
5) Okay now the rep will ask for the IMEI number of the phone. Go to Ebay or similar sites and look for this information. It's usually on the original box right beside the serial number. If you can't find it, my advice is to message Ebay buyers asking for the IMEI number so you can know the authenticity of the phone as you are interested in buying it.
6) Now the rep will say that they might need more information and will continue the process of replacing your phone via email. They will send you an email instantly asking for more information right after you close your chat!
7) Basically fill out the information they are asking. I recommend using a drop or if you don't have a drop just use your real address but fake name so even if they bill, you can just through it away as it won't have your real name on it. Also I want to point that if your shipping service asks you to sign the package when you get your replacement, make sure to fake your signature.
9) Now after some hours, a expert will email you saying that they have attached the return label where you will send the old one back and once they receive it, they will send you the a replacement and give you your tracking number.
10) The return label they attach in the email you will cover the shipping costs and is per-weighted meaning you won't have to make sure its the same weight as the phone. Just send them a empty box that has been tampered with or use the dry ice method if you want. Make it look like that the phone was lost in transit. Each return label has a tracking number so keep note of that. Now they use FedEx for they return labels for both US and Canada I believe so use that tracking number on the FedEx website and see if your box is in transit or not. When it starts moving, give the expert an update by replying to their email that you have sent it and they can track it down using the FedEx via the tracking number.
11) Usually they will receive the box within 5 business days but wait for 2 weeks. Now email the expert again asking what is going on because you have waited for 2 weeks and there still hasn't been any updates even when I have sent the defective phone and it has been delivered ages ago as you can see in the FedEX website.
12) Now expert has two options. If he's nice he will reply back saying that they are sending you the replacement or reply back saying that it seems like their was nothing in the box. If he uses the nothing in the box approach, reply by saying that you clearly followed all the instructions and sent it accordingly and really worried and stuff. Now rep might reply by saying that 'We are currently in the middle of investigating it with our warehouse of exactly what happened." The investigation will lead nowhere and they will at the end decide to replace it for you
