Worst I've ever been was when I had Mono in my senior year of Highschool. I thought it was strep until I went to the doctor because my lymph nodes swelled up so much I couldn't eat solid foods and we were afraid it could swell to the point I would have trouble breathing. Thankfully I was prescribed steriods in time.

But I lived the next month at home eating pudding, jello, and icecream and watching anime (I no longer like pudding or jell-o).

TBH i got lucky b/c senior year of highschool is a good time to get it. Getting mono in college really screws people over.

Lol about a year ago one of my ex girlfriends (she was my GF at the time) traveled to Colorado with her sister for a week and "mysteriously" got mono. When she got back I asked her to tell the truth about it (it was OBVIOUS that she cheated on me) and she just kept telling me she has no idea where it came from. Like a day afterwards her sister texted me and told me what happened because she felt bad that my gf wouldn't tell me (her sister and I were pretty good friends). She invited me over cause she was alone and she didn't know her sister told me what happened, so I came over, slapped that bitch, then broke up with her and walked back home. To this day I still don't think she knows her sister told me, cause her sister and I still talk.

That's rough. My girlfriend at the time gave me mono. I didn't have it at that point because up until then I used to just play FlyFF sheltered in my room. Being of East European decent none of my fam had Mono so I was never exposed to it at a young age.

Sucks that she cheated on you. But how much more obvious can it get.....mono doesn't really spread other than kissing. Unless you're vigorously sharing drinks with another person. 0.0

Mono can spread a number of was, but the most common way of getting it is through kissing.

I had it. It wasn't fun, but it definitely was not the worst time of my life. I was just constantly fatigued.
