Someone could get suspended and completely forget about the fact that they had a subscription on Sinisterly, then five months later they check their PayPal transaction logs and notice it, then they dispute the payment because they're in desperate need of the cash, or they simply want to cause the site owner problems.

Paypal seems skilled at not helping it's users when they are scammed or get taken advantage of due to paypals poor system. It's too easy to pee on someone and Paypal won't help them.
