Yeah just test missiles but North Korea is really close to other countries which might cause some concern. Basically the situation went down like a mom saying don't you dare throw those rocks and then North Korea walked away for a couple of feet and then threw them anyways.

North Korea's leader's brain does not have a whole lot of brain cells in it. Let's not make fun of him for that.
