Tldr: UN grounds North Korea harder than they have in 20 years. Kim pulls out his dick and fires missiles because he is a man baby.

Quite frankly I think that it is ridiculous for Kim to be acting like this. I hate to jump on bandwagons but it's true. Kim is acting like a child playing with his father's toys. To be frank, I think that it's time that the UN does something other than set rules for NK, mainly: punishment. What do you guys think about North Korea's actions? How do you think the UN should react and why?
