Of course, this isn't everything to think about and certainly as the name of the site suggests it is only reasons to leave. Even the minister of farming has said it would be better for farmers to be outside of the EU.

I would say it won't be as drastic as some say, the change that is. It will affect farmers but I don't think it will be for the worse as drastically as said sometimes.

The biggest issue for farmers is the 7% of the cake the EU gives out to farming. ~ 2.5bp could be covered in different ways. As said in the news article I linked to, the UK pays about 18bp to the EU per year. They can find the money to put into farming so my conclusion is that it won't change a bit for farmers as long as the money is put towards them.

About importing goods and the cost of it. This depends on what contracts the UK can make with countries about that. But it also means that the UK are in control of from where the most trading goes on. The UK could try to come to an agreement with the EU for preferential trading such as Switzerland, Iceland, Norway and others, so it doesn't have to change at all. So it depends on what route the UK takes, if they come to an agreement with the EU, it doesn't have to change.
