Good point, but then again, he saves 8 people by doing this. Killing one for the cause of saving eight, it is something you can morally justify.

For the record, you do not choose your lawyer after you enter the courtroom.

It is your right to refuse service from that lawyer at any point and appoint a new one. Either if it is in the courtroom or in his office. But keep in mind, you live in the united states as Europe doesn't have the same clauses. So this could be a stalemate.

As defence the lawyer can choose not to take a case. but he's not deciding his position in the courtroom.

Keep in mind, I'm asking you to be the lawyer on either side, of your choice, and substantiate your case.
