If you're talking further nerfing of drugs then you clearly have not played on the server enough to understand its current state.

@Oni a list of what is legal, what isn't, what police can oversee and call judgement arrest etc for, what classes can do what, when it is okay to kill someone, when its rdm, etc.

Right now rules just seem to be made up as its going along, usually to the benefit of one or more individuals.
