Some suggestions that I would like to bring forth after a steam call with @Oni

- A money stack (possibly for Bank if our map ends up including one?)
1. Could give purpose to a Mayor if there was a tax system that added people's paycheck money to the bank.
2. Would give meaning to raids on PD asides from just laws.
3. Could be used to give more incentive on PD (such as Mayor keeping low taxes on PD but high taxes on Gangsters)

Mainly just a ease-of-life type of addon. Would make it easier to handle someone on the spot through your context menu.
